The bloodshed in Gaza deepened on Saturday as Israeli occupation forces murdered at least 70 Palestinians in relentless air and ground assaults across the besieged enclave, according to medical sources.

Hospitals overwhelmed by the influx of victims reported the following tolls: 15 bodies delivered to Al-Shifa Hospital, 32 to Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital, two to Al-Awda Hospital, 19 to Nasser Hospital, and two to Al-Aqsa Hospital. Doctors described scenes of devastation as families brought in the bodies of children, women, and the elderly, many torn apart by Israeli bombs.

The ongoing Israeli genocide, which began in October 2023, has now claimed at least 67,074 documented Palestinian lives, with more than 169,430 wounded. Health authorities warn the true toll is far higher, as thousands remain buried under rubble, inaccessible to emergency teams due to Israel’s deliberate targeting of civil defense workers and medical crews.

Survivors report that entire residential blocks were flattened without warning, as Israeli warplanes and artillery pounded densely populated neighborhoods. Civil defense teams, already crippled by fuel shortages and destroyed equipment, struggle to reach trapped civilians while risking their own lives under continuous shelling.

A paramedic at Nasser Hospital told reporters that the bombardments left “streets littered with bodies and debris, children screaming for parents who will never return.”

Human rights groups and Palestinian officials have condemned Israel’s escalating attacks as war crimes, accusing the occupation of pursuing a policy of extermination and ethnic cleansing.

The repeated targeting of hospitals, residential areas, and evacuation routes reflects what many describe as Israel’s scorched-earth strategy—aimed at making Gaza uninhabitable.
