Gaza genocide: Death toll reaches 67,074 since October 2023

The genocide in Gaza continues unabated, with medical sources confirming on Saturday that the Palestinian death toll has risen to 67,074 martyrs since the beginning of the Israeli aggression in October 2023.
The overwhelming majority of the victims are women and children, exposing once again the deliberate targeting of civilians by the occupying forces.
At least 169,430 people have been injured, many of them suffering life-threatening wounds and permanent disabilities, as Israel’s relentless bombing and siege have devastated every corner of the besieged enclave.
In the last 24 hours alone, 66 bodies were brought to Gaza’s hospitals, along with 265 injured civilians, further straining the already collapsed health sector.
Adding to the suffering, Palestinian sources reported that six civilians were killed and over 40 injured while trying to access humanitarian aid, as Israeli forces continue to deliberately target crowds of starving Palestinians waiting for food assistance. This brings the total number of Palestinians killed in aid-related massacres to 2,603, with more than 19,094 others wounded.
Health officials warn that the true toll is even higher, as countless victims remain buried under rubble in areas ambulance and rescue crews cannot reach due to ongoing bombardment and the destruction of infrastructure.
Palestinian human rights groups have condemned Israel’s systematic targeting of civilians, aid seekers, and essential services as part of a genocidal campaign designed to erase Gaza and forcibly displace its people. International humanitarian agencies have repeatedly sounded the alarm, yet the world’s inaction has allowed Israel to continue its crimes with impunity.
Despite the devastation, Palestinians continue to show resilience, standing firm in defense of their land, rights, and dignity. Calls are growing across the Arab and Islamic world, as well as among free peoples globally, for an immediate end to Israel’s aggression, the lifting of the blockade, and accountability for war crimes. The bloodshed in Gaza deepened on Saturday as Israeli occupation forces murdered at least 70 Palestinians in relentless air and ground assaults across the besieged enclave, according to medical sources.
A powerful flash flood struck the Black Sea resort of Elenite on Friday morning, October 3, leaving at least three people dead, six women rescued, and widespread devastation across Nessebar Municipality.
The slow death inflicted on Gaza by Israel’s blockade and aggression continues to worsen, with medical sources confirming on Saturday that two more children have died in the last 24 hours due to starvation and malnutrition.
