Edelgeriev Ruslan Sayd-Khusainovich extended a warm welcome to Minister Muttaqi and his delegation in Moscow. Commending the Islamic Emirate's effective measures in various areas, he expressed Russia's eagerness to collaborate with Afghanistan across diverse sectors. Additionally, he emphasized the accurate portrayal of Afghanistan's current accomplishments to the global community for a nuanced understanding of the situation.
The meeting concluded on a positive note, with both parties deeming it highly productive. Acknowledging their collaboration in critical areas such as climate change, education, trade, agriculture, industry, and sports, they emphasized the importance of bilateral exchanges and the continued strengthening of relations.
