The Acting Interior Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani, met with Raffaella Lodice, the head of the delegation of the European Union to Afghanistan.

Haqqani thanked the delegation for their cooperation with Afghanistan in the sector of humanitarian aid.

Haqqani expressed hope for the continuation of humanitarian assistance to Afghans in this dire time.

He also appreciated the cooperation of the EU in the health campaign for drug addicts.

For her part, Raffaella Lodice thanked the acting minister of interior for making significant efforts in ensuring their security and helping international humanitarian aid workers to provide humanitarian aid to the people. (ILKHA)
