A German tourist reportedly attacked Ilay, a 22-year-old Israeli tourist, while vacationing in northern Thailand, according to a report by Ynet on Sunday.

Ilay recounted the encounter: "I passed by a group of four young Germans. One of them asked, 'Where are you from? Israel?' I turned around, and he punched me in the face." Ilay described how the group proceeded to physically assault him, pushing, kicking, and hurling insults, including "Israeli son of a whore."
The attack left Ilay with a wound to his eye and swollen ribs. Thai authorities are reportedly investigating the incident, but there is growing concern about the broader implications of such confrontations.
