Al Qassam Brigades ready for confrontation if ceasefire not extended

The Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military arm of Hamas, has declared its preparedness to resume military confrontation if the zionist regime rejects the extension of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
The statement urges fighters in Gaza to be on standby until an official announcement regarding the ceasefire extension is made.
While there were initial reports of israel rejecting a prisoner swap deal, later sources indicate an agreement has been reached to extend the ceasefire for another day.
