European Orphan Hand (Avrupa Yetim Eli), an international help organization based in Mannheim, Germany, has delivered food parcels and hot meals in Tanzania.
European Orphan Hand volunteers provided food parcels to the elderly and disabled people in Pwani city.
The volunteers also distributed hot meals to students in a madrasah in Darussalam, the most populous city in Tanzania with over 2 million inhabitants.
Speaking to Ilke News Agency regarding their charitable activities in Tanzania, Nizamettin Aygan, a volunteer for European Orphan Hand, said: “As the humanitarian aid organization European Orphan Hand, we continue our humanitarian aid activities in Tanzania. We saw that there were visually impaired people in the region where we came to deliver food aid. We are happy to deliver the food packages that our donors have sent to those in need. We also distributed hot meals to students in a madrasah.”
The European Orphan Hand officials said that they would continue to carry out relief efforts in Africa with the support of their donors. (ILKHA)
