Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with Gambian President Adama Barrow on Saturday during his visit to attend the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) summit in Banjul, the capital of Gambia, according to a statement from the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
During the meeting, Fidan discussed matters of mutual interest with President Barrow. Additionally, he held discussions with representatives of Turkish companies operating in Gambia.
The OIC's 15th summit of heads of state and government is being hosted by Gambia on Saturday and Sunday in Banjul.
