Hamas declares days of rage to confront ongoing Israeli war crimes in Gaza

The Hamas Movement issued a strongly worded statement on Friday, condemning the Israeli occupation forces the intensified campaign of genocidal violence across the Gaza Strip.
According to the group, the Israeli military has escalated its aggression with a barrage of fire belts, heavy airstrikes, and indiscriminate artillery shelling that continues to target densely populated residential areas, displacement camps, hospitals, and shelters for civilians.
Since early Thursday morning alone, over 120 Palestinians—many of them women and children—have been killed in a series of massacres that witnesses and medics describe as nothing short of mass extermination. Entire families have been erased from civil records, as bombardments flatten homes and refugee centers alike, leaving neighborhoods drenched in blood and rubble.
In its statement, Hamas directly accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of persisting in what it called an orchestrated campaign of genocide against the Palestinian people. The group described the siege tactics—especially the use of starvation and the targeting of humanitarian infrastructure—as “blatant war crimes” and “a stain on the conscience of a complicit international community.”
“This regime has made the killing of children and women and the starvation of civilians a formal and deliberate policy,” the statement read, accusing the Israeli government of acting with complete impunity and open defiance of international and humanitarian law.
Hamas also criticized what it called the world’s failure to hold Israel accountable, arguing that verbal condemnations and symbolic gestures are no longer acceptable in the face of such atrocities. It urged immediate and decisive international action—demanding sanctions on Israel, war crimes prosecutions against its leadership, and an end to all political, military, and economic support for the occupation.
In a call to action, Hamas appealed to Arab and Islamic nations, as well as solidarity movements worldwide, to transform Friday, Saturday, and Sunday into days of mass protests and popular uprising in support of Gaza. The movement stressed the importance of exposing the ongoing genocide and applying global pressure to halt what it calls a war of annihilation against a defenseless population.
The latest round of attacks comes amid growing international concern over the worsening humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza, where hundreds of thousands are trapped without access to food, medical care, or shelter—many dying not only from bombs, but also from hunger and disease.
As the bombardment continues and global outrage mounts, the Palestinian people remain steadfast in their call for justice, dignity, and the end of occupation. (ILKHA)
