Hezbollah decries cowardly Israeli attack on Hamas leadership

Hezbollah has issued a scathing condemnation of Israel’s recent attack on a Hamas leadership delegation in Doha, Qatar, labeling it a “cowardly crime” and a blatant violation of Qatari sovereignty.
The strike, which targeted Hamas leaders during a meeting to discuss a U.S.-proposed initiative, underscores Israel’s relentless aggression and disregard for international law, Hezbollah said in a statement.
The Lebanese resistance movement accused Israel of pursuing a genocidal agenda against Palestinians in Gaza, the West Bank, and beyond, with unwavering support from the United States. “This criminal entity does not seek negotiations or solutions but instead advances its bloody projects of killing, destruction, and devastation,” the statement declared, pointing to Israel’s pattern of massacres, forced displacement, and systematic destruction.
Hezbollah called on Arab and Islamic nations, alongside the international community, to take urgent and decisive action to stop Israel’s daily atrocities. The group urged countries to sever ties with Israel and pressure the U.S. to end its unconditional backing, warning that failure to act risks enabling Israel’s colonial ambitions to devastate the region.
In a powerful show of solidarity, Hezbollah reaffirmed its support for the Palestinian people’s steadfast resistance. “This aggression will only deepen the resolve of Palestinians to defend their land and achieve victory, no matter the sacrifices,” the statement concluded, emphasizing the enduring spirit of the Palestinian struggle against occupation.
The attack in Doha has sparked widespread outrage, with calls growing for accountability and an end to Israel’s unchecked violations of sovereignty and human rights. (ILKHA)
