Hope Caravan Foundation (Umut Kervanı Vakfı), a humanitarian organization actively working in Burundi for about a week, has served hot meals to hundreds of needy people with the participation of Turkey's Ambassador to Burundi, Alp Işıklı.

Hope Caravan, which has been conducting various aid projects in Burundi, known as the poorest country in the world, continues its efforts to deliver relief and lay the foundations for permanent works in the region.

Among their initiatives, Hope Caravan has distributed meat from sacrificial animals donated by philanthropists to those in need. The organization has also implemented projects such as providing copies of the Holy Quran to hundreds of madrasah students, delivering blankets to those affected by floods and living in tents, supplying desks for students without adequate school furniture, and offering hoe-hoe aid to farmers needing tools for their fields.

After laying the foundation for the Martyr Yahya Sinwar Mosque as a permanent work, Hope Caravan extended its aid by serving hot meals to hundreds of people. Turkish Ambassador to Burundi Alp Işıklı was present during the meal distribution and accompanied the activities. (ILKHA)
