India: Three coast guard personnel killed in helicopter crash in Gujarat

A tragic incident occurred on Sunday afternoon when an Indian Coast Guard helicopter crashed during a routine training sortie at Porbandar Airport in Gujarat. All three crew members on board, including two pilots, were tragically killed in the accident.
According to local authorities, the Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) Dhruv experienced technical difficulties during the landing attempt, resulting in the crash and subsequent fire.
The three crew members were immediately evacuated from the wreckage and rushed to a nearby hospital, however, they succumbed to their injuries.
The Indian Coast Guard and local police are currently investigating the cause of the crash. (ILKHA)
