Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said on Tuesday that the Zionist regime has suffered an irrevocable defeat both in terms of military and intelligence in Gaza.
In a speech delivered during a joint graduation ceremony for cadets of Iran's Armed Forces, the Supreme Leader emphasized the gravity of the defeat, describing it as a "devastating earthquake" that has shattered key structures of the occupying regime's rule.
The declaration follows the commencement of Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, during which the Zionist regime faced what Ayatollah Khamenei referred to as an "irrevocable defeat." The operation was triggered by the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas in response to alleged violations by the regime at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied East al-Quds.
Ayatollah Khamenei expressed solidarity with the designers of the operation and praised the Palestinian youth, dismissing claims that non-Palestinians were behind the recent events as miscalculations.
The Supreme Leader condemned the actions of the Zionist regime, attributing the defeat to their years-long atrocities against the Palestinians, which intensified in recent months. He also held the current administration of the occupying regime responsible.
Addressing attempts to portray the Zionist regime as innocent, Ayatollah Khamenei stated, "No one can turn this hideous monster into an innocent face." He criticized global media, including what he referred to as the "Global Arrogance," for aiding in whitewashing Israeli crimes.
Warning of a heavier retaliation, the Supreme Leader declared that the massacre of Palestinians in Gaza under the guise of innocence was a miscalculation by the Zionist regime. He urged its rulers to recognize that their actions would bring about a greater disaster.
In conclusion, Ayatollah Khamenei commended the Iranian Armed Forces for safeguarding national security. He highlighted the importance of security for a nation, stating that without the power to defend itself, a country is defined by external influences.
The Supreme Leader also asserted that the creation of the Daesh group by the United States aimed at destabilizing the region, specifically targeting Iran. However, he claimed that the Iranian Armed Forces successfully overcame this alleged conspiracy. (ILKHA)
