Iraqi Prime Minster Mustafa Kadhimi has arrived in Erbil where he would meet the Kurdistan Region's President and Prime Minister.
Mustafa Kadhimi was welcomed by Prime Minister of Kurdistan Region Mesrur Barzani and ministers at Erbil International Airport.
Mustafa Kadhimi's first meeting was with leader of the KDP and former Kurdistan Region president Masoud Barzani.
Kadhimi met with President Nechirvan Barzani after meeting with Prime Minister Mesrur Barzani.
Kadhimi is also set to visit Suleymaniye and Duhok, according to his office.
According to the local reports, KRG oil revenues, KRI border crossings revenues, energy and electricity, KRG shares in Iraqi 2021 budget and KRG debts are the topics on the table during the visit.
It has been Kadhimi’s first visit to the region since he took the office in April. (ILKHA)
