Iraqi resistance groups carried out a new round of drone strikes targeting Israeli positions in northern occupied Palestine.
According to a statement issued by the Iraq-based resistance group, the attack hit a "vital Israeli target."
This attack follows a series of drone strikes on Friday, when the same resistance group launched four drone assaults on Israeli targets. Three of the strikes were in southern occupied Palestine, while one targeted the Golan Heights.
The Iraqi resistance has also increased its operations against U.S. military bases in Iraq and neighboring Syria, a response to Washington's backing of Israeli military actions in Gaza.
The escalation of violence comes as Israel continues its brutal offensive on Gaza, with reports of widespread damage to hospitals, homes, and places of worship. The Israeli onslaught follows the surprise attack by Palestinian resistance groups, named Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, on October 7, which marked a significant shift in the ongoing conflict. (ILKHA)
