In response, Mawlawi Abdul Kabir clarified that the Islamic Emirate supports girls' education, emphasizing that a dedicated committee, appointed by the Islamic Emirate's leader, is actively addressing this matter. He confirmed the participation of an Islamic Emirate representative in the upcoming meeting, while also calling on European countries to reopen their embassies in Kabul.
Mawlawi Abdul Kabir asserted the Islamic Emirate's commitment to not allowing Afghan soil to be used for threatening other nations, expressing a desire for positive relations with all countries.
