The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced on Sunday that the death toll from Israeli aggression has risen to 3,754, with 15,626 others wounded since the start of the attacks.

The ministry's Emergency Operations Center confirmed that airstrikes on Saturday night alone resulted in 84 fatalities and 213 injuries, with intense bombing continuing across the country.

Israeli warplanes carried out relentless airstrikes on multiple towns in southern Lebanon, including Nabatieh, Deir Qanun Rass al-Ain, Rashaf, and Kafra. Significant destruction was reported in Yohmor al-Shaqif, where 10 homes were leveled. Artillery fire also targeted towns such as al-Bayyada, Sammaqa, and al-Mansouri.

In the town of Khiam, Israeli forces launched airstrikes and explosions, while tank fire struck the town and nearby villages. Explosions were also reported along the Litani River near Deir Mimas.

Israeli fighter jets struck the southern suburbs of Beirut, specifically the Kafa’at and Borj al-Brajne areas, causing massive destruction. In Basta al-Fawqa, an airstrike left 29 dead and 67 injured, with search and rescue efforts ongoing.

Local sources reported an airstrike on a house in Qoleiaa in eastern Lebanon, causing multiple injuries. In Mashghara, Bekaa Valley, a strike on a home resulted in two deaths and 20 injuries, with victims transferred to nearby hospitals. Power outages were reported in Jezzine after strikes on several towns.

The Lebanese Army mourned the loss of First Lieutenant Diab Mohammed Jafar, killed when Israeli forces targeted a military post in al-Amariyah.

The escalating violence has caused significant civilian and infrastructural damage across Lebanon. The Lebanese Ministry of Health continues to monitor and respond to the growing crisis as the country endures unrelenting airstrikes and shelling.
