Muslim Brotherhood's acting leader Ibrahim Munir passes away at age of 85 in London

Ibrahim Munir, the interim leader of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood, passed away on Friday morning at his house in London, where he had been living in exile, according to the group.
“The Muslim Brotherhood group mourns the loss of Professor Ibrahim Munir, one of its prominent figures and leaders, who died today in London at the age of 85,” the group said in a statement.
Ahmed Ibrahim Munir Mustafa, who was born on 1 June 1937 in Giza, Egypt, was the Secretary General of the International Organization of the Muslim Brotherhood and the spokesman for the Muslim Brotherhood in the West. (ILKHA)
