Palestinian journalist Inas Ramadan martyred in Israeli attack on Gaza

Palestinian journalist Inas Azmi Ramadan, one of Gaza’s prominent media voices, was martyred in an Israeli airstrike targeting the al-Nasr neighborhood in Gaza City.
According to local sources and Palestinian media outlets, the attack took place early Tuesday morning as Israeli artillery and warplanes bombarded residential areas. Ramadan was killed while reporting from the scene.
The Palestinian Information Center reported that with Ramadan’s death, the number of journalists martyred in Gaza since the start of the war has risen to 255.
Palestinian official media outlets mourned her as “the voice of truth and a witness to the suffering of Gaza’s people.”
In a statement, they said:
“The number of our media colleagues in Gaza is decreasing every day, yet our determination to convey the truth to the world remains firm.”
A report by El Watan News and Saba News confirmed that the strike hit several civilian homes in the al-Nasr district, causing additional casualties among residents.
Saraya News also highlighted that journalist Ramadan’s martyrdom follows last week’s killings of journalists Sami Dawood and Yahya Muhammad Barzek, who were targeted in separate Israeli attacks.
Since the beginning of the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza, dozens of media offices have been destroyed and hundreds of journalists have been injured or displaced.(ILKHA)
