Russian missile attacks on residential buildings in the port city of Odesa have killed at least 18 people and injured more than 30 others, Ukrainian authorities said on Friday.
Ukraine's State Emergency Service reported that Russia's missile strike on a high-rise in a town in Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky District in Odesa Oblast killed 14 people and injured 30.
