Venezuelan President: Netanyahu s Hitler of the 21st century

Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro urged nations of the Global South, including China, Russia, Türkiye, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and Islamic countries, to unite in support of Iran against the relentless and criminal aggression by Israel.
Maduro condemned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s recent military strikes on Iran, warning that they risk plunging the region and the world into a catastrophic conflict.
Maduro accused Western governments, specifically naming Berlin, Paris, London, and Washington, of complicity in enabling Israel’s actions, questioning how far they would allow Netanyahu’s escalation to go. He branded Netanyahu “the Hitler of the 21st century,” warning his policies are driving the Middle East toward a broader war with potential nuclear consequences.
The Venezuelan leader also highlighted Israel’s “genocide” in Gaza, claiming over 60,000 Palestinian deaths, including 30,000 children, and condemned Israeli military actions in Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, and threats against Iraq and Jordan. Maduro described these as part of a Zionist agenda to establish regional hegemony “from the Jordan River to the Euphrates.”
Calling for urgent political and strategic support for Iran, Maduro stressed the need for solidarity and resistance to halt Israeli genocidal and expansionist strategy. “The time to act is now—before it’s too late,” he declared, urging global powers to intervene to prevent further escalation and promote peace.
