Yemeni forces launch missile strike on Israeli military target in Beersheba

The Yemeni Armed Forces, based in Sana’a, announced a successful missile strike on an Israeli military site in the occupied Beersheba region, demonstrating solidarity with Palestine amid ongoing tensions in Gaza.
The operation, conducted with a Zulfiqar ballistic missile, targeted a high-value Israeli military facility, according to Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the military’s spokesman.
In a televised statement, Saree described the strike as a precise response to what he called Israel’s “genocide and war crimes” against civilians in Gaza. “This operation achieved its goal with precision and is part of our sacred duty to support the Palestinian people and their resistance,” he said.
The strike is one of several recent operations by Yemeni forces, who have launched ballistic missiles and drones targeting military and intelligence sites in the occupied cities of Beersheba, Jaffa, and Haifa over the past week. Saree stated that all missions were executed with high accuracy, attributing their success to divine guidance.
The Yemeni Armed Forces vowed to continue their operations, which they frame as part of “the battle of the promised conquest and the holy jihad,” until the aggression on Gaza ceases and the siege is lifted. “Our leadership and people remain steadfast in supporting Palestine’s just struggle,” Saree concluded.
The operation underscores Yemen’s ongoing commitment to the Palestinian cause, amid escalating regional tensions. (ILKHA)
