Zionist regime kills 109 Palestinians in Gaza, breaking ceasefire

The zionist occupation forces resumed their genocide campaign in the Gaza Strip on Friday, killing at least 109 Palestinians, mostly children and women, in indiscriminate attacks from the land, air and sea.
The humanitarian ceasefire that was brokered by Egypt and Qatar last week and extended for three days expired on Friday morning, and Israel wasted no time in unleashing its deadly firepower on the densely populated Gaza Strip. The zionist army targeted residential neighborhoods, especially in the eastern and southern parts of Gaza City, where many civilians were trapped under the rubble of their homes.
One of the most tragic incidents occurred in the Subehi family home on George Street, east of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, where multiple civilians were killed and others injured by an Israeli airstrike. The dead bodies of 30 civilians were brought to Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza City due to the resumption of zionist atrocities, particularly in the neighborhoods of Shejaeya and Al Zaytoun in the city.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza said that the documented number of casualties in Gaza since 7:00 am on Friday was 109, with the majority being children and women. Additionally, scores of innocent civilians sustained injuries of varying degrees.
The ministry also said that the total number of Palestinians killed by the zionist occupation since October 7 was 15,000, including over 6,500 children and over 4,000 women.
The Israeli aggression on Gaza has also caused massive destruction to the infrastructure and the environment of the coastal strip, which has been under a tight blockade by Israel and Egypt for more than 14 years.
The United Nations and other international organizations have warned of a humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza, where more than two million people live in dire conditions. (ILKHA)
