Families' sit-in protest continues on the 8th day
The sit-in protest of families outside of the HDP local office on the grounds that their children were kidnapped and recruited by the PKK, continues on its 8th day in Diyarbakır.
The families said they staged the sit-in protest because their children had been kidnapped to the rural areas controlled by the PKK, adding that they will continue their actions until their children are given back.
Some of the families blame HDP that their children were last seen in the HDP's Diyarbakır office.
Mother Hacire Akar staged a sit-in protest at the same place last August on the ground that her 21-year-old- son kidnapped by HDP, while her action resulted positively and her son was sent back to her. (ILKHA)
