The Turkish Ministry of Defense has reported the neutralization of two PKK militants during operations in northern Iraq.
"Our heroic Turkish Armed Forces neutralized 2 PKK terrorists detected in the Gara and Claw-Lock Operation regions in northern Iraq. The heroic struggle of our forces against terrorism and terrorists will continue with determination,” the ministry said in a statement.
The term "neutralised" is often used by Turkish authorities to signify that the militants were either killed, captured, or surrendered.
