The Turkish Foreign Ministry issued a statement expressing deep sorrow over the tragic fuel tanker explosion that occurred on January 18 in Gurara Local Government Area, Nigeria.
“We are deeply saddened by the loss of lives due to the fuel tanker explosion that occurred yesterday in Gurara Local Government Area of Nigeria,” the Ministry stated.
The Ministry extended its sympathies to the victims' families and the Nigerian people, adding, “We extend our condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and to the people of Nigeria, and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.”
