Hope Caravan Foundation delivers aid to hundreds in Burundi

The Hope Caravan Foundation (Umut Kervanı Vakfı), an organization dedicated to providing aid to those in need, has delivered red meat to hundreds of people in Burundi as part of its ongoing relief efforts in the region.
The foundation distributed meat from sacrificial animals donated by philanthropists, ensuring that underprivileged families received much-needed sustenance. The aid is part of a broader initiative by the foundation to implement various humanitarian projects in Burundi.
Hope Caravan volunteer Abdulvahap Kaplan highlighted the scope of the foundation’s activities during a 10-day visit to the region.
"Here, within approximately 10 days, we will implement 9 different projects. Today, we will deliver the dozens of sacrifices we slaughtered to those in need," Kaplan said.
The projects include providing dairy goats to families, establishing a mosque in the name of Martyr Yahya Sinwar, digging a water well, and distributing copies of the Holy Quran.
Kaplan emphasized the importance of continued support from philanthropists to expand the foundation’s impact. "We expect support from philanthropists on this matter," he stated, underscoring the need for sustained contributions to aid the region's development and improve living conditions.
The Hope Caravan Foundation has pledged to continue its mission of providing meaningful and transformative assistance to communities in need around the world. (ILKHA)
