Yapıcıoğlu urges Muslim nations to act: “Save Palestine or face our turn next”

HÜDA PAR Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu issued a fiery and heartfelt call to action as the Zionist occupation continues its campaign of genocide against the besieged population of Gaza.
As starvation, disease, and bombardment grip the enclave, Yapıcıoğlu condemned the cowardly silence of the so-called international community and urged Islamic nations to rise against oppression with unity and resolve.
“Will we unite to stop the oppression, or will we wait until the same fate befalls us?” he asked, warning that the Zionist entity’s ambitions stretch far beyond Gaza, threatening the future of all Muslim lands unless confronted now with strength and solidarity.
“The Children of Gaza Are Dying — And the World Has Forgotten Them”
Highlighting the horrific humanitarian crisis unfolding daily, Yapıcıoğlu decried the absence of Gaza from international headlines. “People in Gaza are dying from hunger, thirst, and bombings — yet the media is focused on political games and scandals. Over 50,000 martyrs have fallen, tens of thousands more are wounded, and yet Gaza is not even a statistic anymore,” he said.
He likened the devastation in Gaza to the February 2023 Türkiye earthquake but emphasized that the world’s reaction has been shamefully unequal. “In a strip of land smaller than a single province, entire families are being erased — yet not a word is spoken.”
“Condemnation Is a Shield for Cowards — Real Action Is Needed”
Yapıcıoğlu criticized those who settle for hollow statements of condemnation while failing to lift a finger to stop the genocide. “If this Ummah only knows how to condemn, this oppression will continue for 50 more years. Palestine today — but next could be Lebanon, Syria, Türkiye, Iran, Iraq. The Zionists won’t stop until they’ve devoured all the land they claim as 'Arz-ı Mev'ud’.”
“The Zionists Are Cowards — They Cannot Face Real Resistance”
Describing the Zionist regime as brutal yet inherently cowardly, Yapıcıoğlu emphasized that they only dare to kill the defenseless. “If just one brave leader said, ‘I will deliver aid to Gaza — and if my aid workers are targeted, I will treat it as a declaration of war,’ it would be enough to halt their crimes. They collapse in fear when faced with true resolve.”
“The Ummah Must Stop Tearing Itself Apart”
In a poignant appeal for Islamic unity, Yapıcıoğlu reminded fellow Muslims that the real enemy is not each other. “We are brothers by the command of Allah. Yet we are so busy attacking one another that we’ve lost the strength to defend our oppressed. Those who fight their friends can never confront their enemies.”
Calling on all Muslims to revive the spirit of the Companions, he declared, “Today is the day of sacrifice. The people of Gaza await our help — not our pity, not our tweets — but our real, material support. If we fail them today, we may not have anyone to defend us tomorrow.” (ILKHA)
