Afghan, Qatari red crescent officials discuss strengthening humanitarian cooperation

The meeting focused on improving joint humanitarian activities between the two organizations. Both parties conducted a comprehensive review of existing aid projects and explored ways to deliver more effective services to vulnerable communities across Afghanistan.
According to an ARCS statement, the two sides also discussed the launch of new humanitarian initiatives, aiming to address urgent needs in health, disaster response, and social welfare across the country.
The engagement reflects growing cooperation between humanitarian organizations operating in Afghanistan amid increasing calls for sustained and coordinated relief efforts to support millions of Afghans affected by economic hardship, displacement, and natural disasters. (ILKHA)
