DIMDEX 2024: Qatar hosts global maritime defense showcase

The 8th Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference (DIMDEX 2024) kicked off today at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) under the patronage of the Amir of Qatar.
The event, which is organized by the Qatar Armed Forces, will run until March 6th under the theme "Igniting the Future of Maritime Security and Beyond."
DIMDEX 2024 features over 200 international and national companies from the security and defense sectors, alongside nine major international pavilions.
Visitors can expect to see the latest defense innovations and technology showcased across 7 halls and 35,000 square meters of exhibition space, with additional outdoor displays. (ILKHA)
