Iraqi resistance groups announced a series of drone strikes on strategic Israeli targets across occupied Palestinian and Syrian territories, including the Golan Heights and Jordan Valley, in support for the Palestinian and Lebanese people.
On Sunday, the Iraqi Resistance reported attacking a “vital target” in the occupied Jordan Valley with drones, followed by a similar strike in the occupied Syrian Golan. Later, it claimed another drone strike targeting the Jordan Valley, releasing footage of fighters launching drones toward the area.
The group said the attacks were part of its response to the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and Lebanon, condemning the killing of civilians, including women and children, by Israeli forces. The Iraqi Resistance vowed to continue its operations as tensions escalate in the region.
On Saturday, the group launched four separate drone attacks on strategic installations in Umm al-Rashrash (Eilat), in the southernmost region of Israeli-occupied territory, and another strike in northern occupied Palestine.
According to their statement, seven long-range drone operations took place on Thursday, targeting critical infrastructure across northern, central, and southern occupied territories. This included attacks in “northern occupied territories,” identified as al-Jalil in northern occupied Palestine, and “southern occupied territories” in Umm al-Rashrash, along the Red Sea coast.
Following reported activation of Israeli air defenses over Eilat on Friday, the Iraqi Resistance claimed it conducted three additional attacks on vital sites in southern occupied territories and two more strikes in the Golan Heights.
The group’s ongoing operations highlight escalating military actions in response to what it calls “the massacres” of civilians in Gaza and Lebanon, aligning with broader regional tensions in the wake of Israel's continued military campaigns. (ILKHA)
