Israeli airstrikes kill 14 Palestinians in Gaza as genocide resumes

At least 14 Palestinians, including women and children, were killed in a series of brutal Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip late Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning.
The renewed aggression comes after a two-month lull, raising alarms over an escalating humanitarian crisis in the besieged territory.
According to Red Crescent paramedics, two civilians were martyred and five others injured when an Israeli drone struck a tent sheltering displaced families near the Al-Mawasi area, southwest of Khan Yunis. In another deadly attack, a woman and a child were killed, while three more civilians sustained injuries when occupation forces bombed a displacement camp north of Khan Yunis.
Our correspondent in Gaza reported that Israeli aircraft also targeted a tent housing displaced Palestinians near Al-Wakala Club, west of Khan Yunis, killing four people. Meanwhile, paramedics transported four martyrs and several wounded to Baptist Hospital in Gaza City after an Israeli airstrike flattened the home of the Al-Hattab family in the Al-Sabra neighborhood.
The Israeli occupation forces resumed their assault on Gaza early Tuesday, following a brief pause in large-scale bombings. Within 24 hours, over 400 Palestinians were killed, the majority of them women and children, while hundreds more were injured in relentless attacks.
The renewed aggression has deepened fears of an intensifying humanitarian catastrophe as Gaza remains under siege, with medical and humanitarian aid cut off. Hospitals in the enclave continue to struggle with severe shortages of essential supplies, leaving thousands of wounded Palestinians without adequate treatment.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation has waged a relentless war on Gaza, resulting in the deaths of more than 48,572 Palestinians, the majority of whom are women and children. Over 112,032 others have been injured, while countless victims remain buried under the rubble of destroyed homes.
The ongoing indiscriminate bombardment and systematic targeting of civilians have drawn widespread condemnation, yet Israel continues its war crimes with impunity, backed by Western support. The international community remains under increasing pressure to intervene and halt the genocide unfolding in Gaza.
Despite the devastation, the Palestinian people continue to stand resilient in the face of Israeli aggression, vowing to fight for their right to live freely in their homeland. (ILKHA)
