The Israeli occupation forces have escalated their brutal military assault on the Palestinian city of Tulkarm and its refugee camp for the 20th consecutive day, while the Nour Shams camp remains under attack for the seventh day in a row.
The relentless offensive has resulted in the killing of 11 Palestinians, the destruction of homes, and the devastation of critical infrastructure, further worsening the humanitarian catastrophe in the region.
Local sources reported that Israeli occupation drones dropped explosive bombs overnight in residential areas, including the eastern neighborhood of Tulkarm near Abu Safiya factories, and in the vicinity of Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps. These massive explosions terrorized civilians, though no injuries have been reported so far.
Israeli forces deployed heavily armed reinforcements, including military dogs, entering through the Tsnaoz military checkpoint west of Tulkarm. Soldiers were seen storming homes and businesses, setting up positions in Al-Alimi Street, Nablus Street, and key roundabouts, turning Palestinian neighborhoods into military zones.
Israeli forces kidnapped two young Palestinian men, Duas Ahmed Shehadeh and Muhammad Amarneh, while they were traveling near the court complex, and abducted another Palestinian near Shuweika roundabout.
Meanwhile, the General Authority of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Health confirmed that the Israeli military executed three young men in Nour Shams camp on Wednesday.
Israeli troops stormed Palestinian homes, forced families out, and turned houses into sniper positions, further escalating the oppression of Tulkarm and Nour Shams residents.
The Israeli occupation continues its siege on Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps, trapping civilians in their homes without access to food, water, or medical supplies. Soldiers have been raiding homes, vandalizing properties, and demolishing parts of buildings, terrorizing families under the cover of heavy gunfire.
In the Tulkarm Camp, the extent of destruction includes at least 22 Palestinian homes completely destroyed, 300 partially damaged, and 11 burned. Similarly, in Nour Shams Camp, 13 homes have been totally demolished, 60 have sustained partial damage, and two have been burned.
Occupation bulldozers razed entire streets, leaving water, electricity, and communication lines completely destroyed, cutting off thousands of Palestinians from basic necessities.
In yet another attempt at ethnic cleansing, Israeli forces forcibly expelled Palestinians from their homes in Nour Shams camp, pushing hundreds of families into displacement under threats and military aggression. Thousands of Palestinians have been forced to flee, seeking shelter in nearby towns, villages, and overcrowded makeshift camps.
Meanwhile, Palestinian families still trapped inside their homes in Tulkarm are pleading for humanitarian aid, as Israeli forces continue to enforce their choking siege, preventing the entry of food, clean water, medicine, and infant formula.
For the eighth consecutive day, the Israeli occupation has completely closed the Jabara checkpoint, isolating Tulkarm from the rest of the West Bank. Palestinians are unable to travel, while the city's economy, healthcare, and daily life have been crippled by the blockade.
The escalating Israeli aggression in Tulkarm and Nour Shams has deepened the suffering of Palestinian civilians, as entire communities are subjected to collective punishment, destruction, and forced displacement. With no international intervention in sight, Palestinians remain under constant attack, resisting yet another wave of Israeli occupation brutality. (ILKHA)
