In the Qamishlo District of Haseke, Syria, opposite the Nusaybin district of Mardin, PKK's tunnel construction with "U" shaped concrete blocks is under way.
In the Qamishlo district, the PKK dug ditches in the summer. They then began installing 'U' - shaped concrete blocks into the ditches they dug. Concrete blocks were brought to Qamislo district with trucks.
