Yemeni official warns Israeli occupation over Gaza attacks

Yemen’s Deputy Foreign Minister Abdulvahid Abu Raas has issued a stern warning to the israeli occupation regime after it resumed brutal attacks on the Gaza Strip. He emphasized that any violation of the ceasefire would force Israel to pay a heavy price and incur greater losses than before.
“Palestinian resistance groups are not alone; this struggle is a shared fight for all of us. We stand with the Palestinian resistance,” Abu Raas said, stressing Yemen’s unwavering support for Gaza.
The warnings follow renewed israeli assaults despite a formal ceasefire and Hamas’s commitment to the truce, targeting civilians and vital infrastructure. Yemen’s statement highlights broader Arab concern over the occupation’s escalating aggression, while Western media have so far reported the events in more general terms.
Abu Raas emphasized that the international community must hold Israel accountable for its violations, noting that such attacks not only escalate tensions but also threaten the fragile humanitarian situation in the territory.
Regional analysts noted that Yemen’s statements reflect broader Arab concerns over the occupation’s ongoing aggression, while Western media have so far reported the conflict in general terms without highlighting the Deputy Foreign Minister’s direct warnings.
“The blatant disregard for ceasefire agreements by the occupation forces underscores the urgent need for international intervention to protect Palestinian lives,” Abu Raas added, reinforcing Yemen’s unwavering support for Gaza.(ILKHA)
