Within the scope of the investigation initiated by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was decided to confiscate the assets of Rıza Zarrap and his relatives.

A decision for the confiscation of the properties of Reza Zarrab was made, who is testified as a witness at the trial of former Turkish Halk Bank Deputy General Manager Hakan Atilla in New York.

It was stated that the decision was taken under the investigation initiated by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on the grounds that "attempting to overthrow Turkiye's government and of obtaining secret state information that should be kept secret in terms of security."

It was learned that confiscation decision also included Zarrab's daughter Alara Zarrab also relatives of Zarrab are on the list. (ILKHA)
