Hope Caravan delivers Eid joy to needy families in Kahramanmaraş

The Hope Caravan Foundation has once again brought smiles to the faces of orphans, widows, and families in need during Eid al-Adha by distributing meat from sacrificial animals donated by generous benefactors.
Abdurrahman Evin, the foundation’s representative in Kahramanmaraş, expressed gratitude and happiness at being able to deliver the sacrificial meat to those in need. “As Hope Caravan, we began our preparations for the Eid well in advance, just as we do every year,” Evin stated. “On the first day of the feast, we began the slaughtering of the sacrificial animals. Simultaneously, we started distributing the meat to the families we had previously identified.”
He emphasized that the foundation showed particular care to ensure that no household went without meat during these blessed days. “We delivered the meat of the sacrifices slaughtered on behalf of our benefactors to our orphans, widows, and impoverished brothers and sisters,” he said.
Evin also highlighted the broader scope of the foundation's activities, saying: “Every year during Eid al-Adha, we carry out a major operation. Our work isn’t limited to our province; we organize sacrifice slaughters across the country and even internationally through well-coordinated efforts. The sacrifices entrusted to us through proxies were slaughtered and distributed promptly.”
The foundation's efforts have brought joy and relief to many families during this important religious occasion, reinforcing the spirit of compassion and solidarity at the heart of Eid al-Adha. (ILKHA)
