Hope Caravan launches stationery aid campaign for underprivileged students

Hope Caravan Foundation (Umut Kervanı Vakfı) has started an aid campaign to provide stationery items to underprivileged students ahead of 2022-2023 school year.
Hope Caravan Foundation, an international help organization, which distributes humanitarian aid to thousands of people in need in Turkey and abroad, called on benefactors to support the campaign it has launched with the motto “Be Hope for Tomorrows” aiming to provide stationery aid to hundreds of students in poverty.

Speaking to Ilke News Agency regarding the campaign, Cengiz Kurtaran, the chairman of the foundation said: “Recently, the economic conditions have deteriorated in Turkey with dramatic increases in prices. People can not afford to buy stationery items for their children. Therefore, we have launched a campaign to provide stationery aid for underprivileged students ahead of 2022-2023 school year. We also aim to distribute stationery materials to needy students in Afghanistan, Yemen, Palestine. We call on benefactors to support our campaign. If Allah wills, we will start the delivery of stationery equipment to students at the beginning of September when schools reopen.” (ILKHA)
