HÜDA PAR: U.S. Gaza plan designed to crush resistance

HÜDA PAR Spokesman Yunus Emiroğlu has warned that the United States’ proposed “transition period” in Gaza — set to last up to five years — is a plot to sideline Hamas and the Palestinian Authority, strip Palestinians of their political will, and crush the resistance.
He stressed that the only path to ending the ongoing genocide in Gaza is through strengthening Palestinian resistance and isolating the Israeli regime internationally.
Call to Protect the Global Sumud Flotilla
Speaking on recent developments, Emiroğlu urged Türkiye and other nations to actively safeguard the Global Sumud Flotilla, which is attempting to break Israel’s siege of Gaza:
“Countries such as Türkiye, which have openly voiced opposition to the occupation regime at the UN Security Council, must protect the Sumud Flotilla — the voice of the world’s conscience — both from the sea and from the air.”
He welcomed the decision by Spain and Italy to escort the flotilla with naval vessels, calling it an important precedent:
“This humanitarian aid flotilla represents not only a great hope for the Palestinian people but also for humanity’s conscience. The step taken by Spain and Italy reminds the world that it can no longer remain a spectator to the Zionist terror regime’s arbitrary blockade. Islamic countries must follow suit, yet sadly, none have taken such concrete steps so far.”
U.S. “Transition Plan” Rejected
Addressing Washington’s proposal for a transitional administration in Gaza, Emiroğlu said: “Any ‘transitional government’ imposed after genocide, disregarding the will of the Palestinian people, will serve only the Zionist regime’s objectives. This insidious plan aims to shatter Gaza’s resistance, colonize Palestinian lands, and extinguish the hope of a Palestinian state.”
He warned Arab and Muslim governments not to collaborate with such schemes: “This project, financed by the U.S. and serving Zionist interests, seeks to liquidate the Palestinian cause and neutralize the resistance. Arab and Muslim countries must not be complicit in these shameful plans; they must instead support Gaza’s freedom struggle.”
“Palestine’s Future Will Be Shaped by Resistance”
Emiroğlu emphasized that the fate of Palestine cannot be dictated by outside powers: “The genocide in Gaza will only be stopped by strengthening the resistance and internationally isolating the Zionist terror regime. Palestine’s future will be shaped through its people’s struggle for freedom, not through foreign-imposed blueprints.”
UN Criticized as “Bankrupt in Humanity’s Conscience”
The HÜDA PAR spokesman also denounced the United Nations for its failure to act decisively against Israel’s atrocities, calling its current structure a tool of U.S. interests: “Allowing Netanyahu, the ringleader of a terrorist state, to address the UN podium is a disgrace to humanity. The UN has become an instrument of the United States and has lost the trust of the world’s peoples. If genocide is to be stopped, the Zionist regime must be expelled from the UN.”
He called for a radical overhaul of the UN system, including the abolition of the veto power, warning: “Unless reformed, the UN will go down in history as an institution that has gone bankrupt in the conscience of humanity. The slogan ‘the world is bigger than five’ must now be put into practice.”
Regional Solidarity in Energy
On Türkiye’s recent gas deal with the United States, Emiroğlu acknowledged its importance for energy security but argued that Türkiye’s priority should be building lasting energy partnerships with neighboring states:
“Remaining dependent on external actors who use energy as a tool of political blackmail undermines Türkiye’s long-term interests. Ankara must instead strengthen regional solidarity by accelerating direct negotiations with neighboring countries and developing joint infrastructure and energy projects.”
Resistance as the Only Way Forward
Concluding his remarks, Emiroğlu underscored that the genocide in Gaza has become a “shameful test” for the Islamic world:
“Palestinian hunger, suffering, and bombardment cannot be met with silence. Gaza’s resistance is the key to liberation, and the future of Palestine will be built upon it.” (ILKHA)
