Orphans Foundation provides new home for needy family in Batman
The Orphans Foundation (Yetimler Vakfı), backed by generous local donors, has brought renewed hope to a family of seven orphans in Batman by providing them with a fully furnished home, lifting them out of dire living conditions.
The family had been struggling in a dilapidated, barely furnished house unfit for habitation. After the family sought assistance, the Foundation’s Batman Representative Office acted quickly to secure a new home for them. Musab İmir, the Batman Representative, described the initial situation: “When we visited, we found a house completely unsuitable for living, with almost no household items.”
Through the support of philanthropists, the Foundation rented a new house for the family for a year and equipped it with essential furnishings, including appliances, sofas, beds, children’s box springs, carpets, curtains, cleaning supplies, and food packages. İmir shared the emotional impact of the transformation: “Seeing the family’s joy and tears of gratitude as they stepped into their new home touched us all deeply.”
The initiative reflects the Foundation’s mission to restore dignity and hope to orphans’ lives. İmir highlighted the significance of such acts, stating: “This kindness embodies our commitment to stand by those in need.”
Calling for broader community involvement, İmir urged others to contribute: “Helping orphans brings immense joy, as promised by our Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him). To reach more families, we need continued support from compassionate people.”
The Orphans Foundation remains dedicated to aiding orphaned children and their families across multiple cities, offering shelter, food, education, and emotional support to build brighter futures. (ILKHA)
