57 more Palestinians martyred as Israel’s genocidal assault continues unchecked in Gaza

The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Monday that 57 more Palestinian civilians were martyred and 137 others wounded over the past 24 hours.
The figures reflect the brutality of Israel’s renewed aggression since March 18, during which 1,391 Palestinians have been martyred and 3,434 others injured — many of them women, children, and the elderly.
Since the start of the Zionist war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, the total death toll has surged to a horrifying 50,752 martyrs, with at least 115,475 wounded. Thousands more remain missing, likely buried under the rubble of their homes or stranded in the open, unreachable by overwhelmed rescue teams due to ongoing airstrikes and the destruction of critical infrastructure.
The Ministry underscored the catastrophic humanitarian crisis unfolding under the eyes of a silent international community. Rescue operations have been severely hampered as medics and civil defense crews are targeted, and medical supplies remain blocked by the Israeli-imposed siege.
“This is no longer a conflict — it is a systematic extermination of a people,” a Ministry spokesperson stated. “Entire families are being erased from the civil registry. Children are being buried in mass graves. The international community must act now — or forever be complicit in this genocide.”
Despite the unbearable conditions, the spirit of the Palestinian people endures. The Gaza Health Ministry reaffirmed its call on all nations, humanitarian organizations, and free people of the world to rise against this ongoing injustice, support the steadfastness of the Palestinian people, and hold the Israeli occupation and its backers accountable for their war crimes.
