                        A tragic bus accident in the Indian state of Uttarakhand has claimed the lives of at least 36 people.
Rescue teams, including volunteers, worked tirelessly to recover the victims from the wreckage, which was severely damaged. Several injured passengers were airlifted to hospitals for urgent medical attention.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed deep condolences to the bereaved families and announced financial assistance for the victims. An investigation has been ordered to determine the cause of the accident.
