Hamas: Netanyahu’s “satanic” Greater Israel plan endangers world peace

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) has sharply condemned recent statements by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promoting the so-called “Greater Israel” project, warning that such rhetoric lays bare the occupation’s expansionist ambitions and genocidal policies threatening the entire region.
In a statement issued Wednesday, Hamas said Netanyahu’s remarks “clearly confirm the danger posed by this fascist entity to all countries and peoples of the region, and its expansionist plans that spare no country.”
The movement described the Israeli leader as a “war criminal” whose claim of being on a “historic and spiritual mission” to achieve this “criminal and satanic vision” reflects “the madness and delirium” driving the extremist regime. Hamas stressed that the ruling Israeli leadership is engaged in “a brutal genocide and starvation campaign against our people in Gaza” while seeking to extend its aggression to other countries in the region.
Hamas urged Arab states to adopt “clear and decisive positions,” including cutting diplomatic ties, recalling ambassadors, halting all normalization with the occupation, and taking serious steps to strengthen Palestinian resilience — particularly in Gaza. The statement called for unity in confronting and defeating Israeli plans.
The movement also appealed to the international community to publicly denounce Netanyahu’s remarks, act to stop the ongoing Israeli assault on Gaza, and prevent the further expansion of Israel’s war, which Hamas warned poses a grave threat to global peace and security. (ILKHA)
