Huge explosion takes place in Turkey's southern city of Hatay

A suicide bomber detonated a bomb after exchanging fire with police in the Iskenderun district, the Governor of Hatay province Rahmi Dogan said in a statement on Monday evening.
The explosion occurred on the town's Fener Street, which was closed to traffic after the incident.
There are no civilian casualties, according to the statement.
The attack came days after the US Embassy in Ankara warned of terrorist attacks and kidnappings against U.S. citizens and foreign nationals. (ILKHA)
