Turkish ambassador to Kabul meets Afghan minister to discuss educational cooperation
Cenk Unal, the Turkish Ambassador to Kabul, held a significant meeting with Sheikh Neda Mohammad Nadeem, the Acting Minister of Higher Education in Afghanistan, to reaffirm Türkiye's commitment to collaborative efforts across various sectors.
According to the Ministry of Higher Education, the discussions centered on Türkiye's support for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs, shared religious and cultural values, and an anticipated visit by Turkish university delegations to Afghan educational institutions.
Ambassador Unal also pledged that a delegation from Afghanistan's academic institutions would visit Türkiye in the near future. This visit aims to enhance academic capacity, facilitate the exchange of experiences, particularly in civil engineering, agriculture, and medicine, and explore Turkish universities. (ILKHA)
