Türkiye’s Minister of National Defense pays an official visit to Malaysia
Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler met with his counterpart Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin during his official visit to Malaysia.
According to a statement from the Turkish National Defense Ministry on X, Güler was greeted with a military ceremony at the Malaysian Defense Ministry where he signed the Book of Honor and saluted the Guard of Honor.
Minister Güler, along with İbrahim Kalın, the head of Turkish intelligence, was received by Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim on Monday.
The diplomatic engagement underscores a crucial advancement in fortifying defense relations between Türkiye and Malaysia, as both countries strive to enhance their bilateral ties. (ILKHA)
