4.5 magnitude earthquake strikes off the coast of Antalya, Türkiye

A magnitude 4.5 earthquake shook the waters near Alanya in southern Türkiye's Antalya province this afternoon, according to the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD).
The quake struck at approximately 16:51 TSI, with its epicenter located at coordinates 36.53056 degrees north latitude and 31.98722 degrees east longitude. The earthquake occurred at a depth of 7 kilometers below the seabed.
