Deadly machete attack on HÜDA PAR officials in Adana
In a shocking incident at the HÜDA PAR (Free Cause Party) Adana Provincial Building located in Türkocağı Neighborhood, two individuals carried out a vicious machete attack.
The party's Provincial Secretary, Sacit Pişgin, tragically lost his life, while the Provincial Chairman, Salih Demir, sustained injuries during the assault.
Deputy Chairman of HÜDA PAR, Halef Yılmaz, expressed his strong condemnation of the attack and vowed to bring the perpetrators to justice. "We will hold accountable the drug lords who are responsible for this and will not rest until they are apprehended," Yılmaz declared.
The incident occurred while the officials were in the midst of their prayers. The attack is seen as a grim reminder of the dangers faced by politicians and public figures in the region.
Yılmaz further asserted that this was not an isolated event and pointed out that the assailants were two individuals. He also criticized certain elements in the political and media sphere who had targeted HÜDA PAR in the past, stating that their hands were now "stained with our blood."
Authorities have reported that one of the attackers has been captured, but the second perpetrator managed to escape from the scene. The police have launched an intensive operation to apprehend the fugitive attacker.
The incident has sent shockwaves through the community, prompting concerns about the presence of a sinister drug trafficking network in Adana. HÜDA PAR officials have called for a thorough investigation to expose those who may have instigated this heinous crime.
The nation mourns the loss of Sacit Pişgin and stands in solidarity with Salih Demir during his recovery. The attack has sparked outrage, and citizens are eagerly awaiting updates on the ongoing police investigation. (ILKHA)
