Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, Afghanistan's acting Minister for Refugees and Repatriation, convened with senior officials of the Islamic Emirate, religious scholars, tribal leaders, and former mujahideen to deliberate on the nation's security and development.​

According to a statement from the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation, attendees lauded the peaceful nationwide Eid al-Fitr celebrations, attributing the tranquility to the effective governance of the Islamic Emirate. They commended the administration's advancements across various sectors and recognized the pivotal role of security forces in maintaining order.​

Mawlavi Abdul Kabir emphasized the government's commitment to Afghanistan's future, stating, "The Islamic Emirate is working as a responsible government to secure Afghanistan's future," and highlighted the necessity of public cooperation for sustained progress. He further remarked, "Afghanistan's stability and development are achievements of the Islamic system," acknowledging the relentless efforts of security forces and mujahideen, supported by the public, to uphold enduring peace.​
