China successfully launches new test satellites from Shandong coast
China has successfully launched a group of new test satellites into space from waters off the coast of Haiyang in Shandong province, authorities confirmed on Sunday.
The launch took place at 5:01 a.m. Beijing Time from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center, using a Long March-11 carrier rocket. Three Shiyan-32 test satellites were placed into their designated orbits without incident.
According to officials, these satellites are primarily intended for conducting experiments in space-based technologies, supporting China’s ongoing advancements in aerospace research and development.
The successful deployment marks another step in China’s growing capabilities in satellite technology and space exploration. (ILKHA)
